Fried Chicken with a "Hot Dang" Kick

Primed with idea and location to open a "Nashville-style" hot chicken restaurant in Oklahoma City, the team behind Nashbird needed a brand that connected with a local audience, with room to scale. Switch worked with Nashbird to name, position and brand the restaurant, building out a robust type and color system to showcase the levels of "kick" within the menu offerings and in the physical space. This ultimately ensured a successful launch, ownable concept, and expansion less than two years after the initial location's launch.
