Where Life & Nature Meet
Waterways is a low-country community with a distinctive combination of southern homes and modern amenities, just south of Savannah, Georgia. While most of the communities in the area build around a golf community, Waterways is anchored by their love of nature and conservation-based building style. The neighborhoods are specifically built to interrupt the natural landscape as little as possible and give every neighbor access to a lifestyle rooted in nature.
Switch worked closely with Waterways for over two years to rethink their brand messaging & identity, and help roll out their new face across print, web, and the community itself.

Waterways on the Web
The visual duality motif of the Waterways brand carried over to the design of the site and brand video, displaying the combination of daily lifestyle in close quarters with the low-country natural landscape.
It was important to retain the integrity of the brand across the various needs of the website. The MLS listings and all other third-party features are seamlessly integrated into the site, upholding brand hierarchy throughout.
