Designer

Switch is looking for a Designer to join our team.

You will work under the direction of our creative directors to create strategic work based on a client’s needs and direction. Responsibilities will include concept, design, and polishing of visual assets for both print and digital contexts including:

• Logos and brand concepts
• Business collateral
• Social media assets
• Brand guides
• Client presentations
• Brochures and multi-page publications
• Small websites and digital layouts

• Can create work from concept to execution with attention to detail
• You have the ability to work within a diverse range of visual styles
• Have a detail-oriented and nuanced understanding of typography
• Can juggle multiple projects at a time
• Work with project managers to stay within project schedules and budgets
• Have excellent time management and communication skills

Requirements:

• 4 year college degree
• 1+ years experience as a designer in a studio or agency setting
• Demonstrated proficiency in MacOS, with expertise in Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience in Adobe XD or Figma
• Positive attitude and desire to be a part of a team

This position is based in Dallas. We embrace the flexibility of a remote-first work environment allowing you to work where you focus best.  We prioritize building a strong, connected team through monthly in-person gatherings in Dallas, with occasional client meetings at our office for a well-rounded work experience.
