Switch is a multidisciplinary creative agency based in Dallas, Texas, offering strategy, design, and storytelling across a range of industries. Brandlord is the real estate branding studio within Switch, specializing in crafting compelling brand stories for lifestyle-driven developments. From mixed-use districts to multifamily communities, Brandlord leads the agency’s work in transforming built environments into vibrant, marketable places.
We're currently looking for a sharp, organized, and people-savvy project manager to join the team. This role is ideal for someone early in their PM career who loves creative problem-solving, thrives on details, and brings energy to both internal teams and client relationships. As a Project Manager at Brandlord/Switch, you’ll work closely with clients and creatives to move projects from kickoff to delivery — on time, on budget, and with a great attitude.
Job Description
Project + Client Management
- Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Coordinate client check-ins, meetings, and next steps
- Capture and distribute meeting notes and action items
- Manage and communicate the design team’s schedule to ensure work is prioritized effectively
- Make sure client approvals are secured (always in writing!) before we start working
- Support scoping and scheduling for client maintenance and small asks
- Identify when something’s out of scope — and help secure budget to keep things moving
New Business + Lite Marketing Support
- Help qualify incoming leads and vet new project opportunities
- Assist with proposals, sales materials, and presentation prep or ideation
- Support internal marketing initiatives like social content, case studies, or email updates
- Jump in on team efforts that promote Switch and Brandlord’s work and voice
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or agency setting
- A natural communicator who keeps people in the loop and projects on track
- Strong organizational and time management skills (you keep cool when juggling multiple to-dos)
- Proactive problem solver with a collaborative mindset
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, stays upbeat under pressure, and can multitask like a pro
- Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Figma, Webflow, Craft CMS, Google Workspace, and Slack is a plus but not required
